Beyond prompts.

Most companies will rent their AI capability. The best will own it.

We build agentic capability inside your team, and stay as the layer that keeps it ahead.

Agentic AI changed what a strong team can build.

Not someday. Now.

The only question left is who owns that capability.

We build the capability inside your team. Then we stay as your edge.

You don't rent a dependency and you don't buy a black box. Your people own the capability and everything it builds, and we stay on as a layer that compounds: clearing the noise and keeping you ahead of a field that changes every week.

Two reasons the outsourced model leaves you stuck.

The pretenders problem

The market is full of people who can talk about AI but have never shipped an agent. You have probably already met a few. Telling talk from substance is hard, and getting it wrong costs you a year.

The dependency trap

The classic consulting model keeps the capability in the firm's hands, not yours. You rent their people by the hour, nothing compounds, and the day they walk out your team is no further along than when it started.

AI is a multiplier. We only work where it multiplies.

Point it at a weak or incurious team and you multiply noise. Point it at strong people who want to understand how things truly work, and the returns compound. So we are selective.

The capability isn't only for engineers. Operations, growth, marketing, any discipline with real uses for AI and the drive to build: the premise is the same. We bring the fundamentals, your people bring the problems.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Curiosity, above all else.

The drive to take a thing apart and understand it.

  • A core of 3 to 5 people.

People with the appetite to build — experience helps, but drive matters more. Technical or not.

  • Appetite to build, not buy.

A team that wants to own the capability.

How we build it: three phases.

We work alongside your team on a regular cadence, on-site or remote, sized to what you need. Focused, hands-on guidance from people who have actually built this.

Our role is largest at the start and deliberately shrinks as your team's maturity grows.

[ 01 ]

Education

2 to 3 months

We bring the materials and meet your team on a regular cadence, building real understanding from the ground up: what agents can actually do, how to direct them, and how to fold them into the work your team already does — whatever that work is. We sit with each person to understand where they want to focus.

Your team speaks one language and can reason clearly about agentic systems.

[ 02 ]

MVP

about 3 months

Your team ships a real agentic MVP on your own scenarios, with us as tech lead: unblocking, reviewing, and steering. The point isn't the artifact. It's to pressure-test the team's understanding and surface the bottlenecks of building with AI.

Your team has shipped a working agentic system and felt where it breaks.

[ 03 ]

Scale

ongoing, shrinking

We sit down with your seniors and decision-makers to map where agentic AI fits your vision: where it creates real value and new services for your clients. From there we supervise projects and transfer the practices that produce consistent, robust results.

Your team builds and ships agentic products and services, on its own.

Existing clients.

Deep-tech start-up

A senior-led deep-tech company building products on patented ML and generative AI. We are growing agentic capability inside their team.

Startup accelerator

We train the startup teams across a national accelerator, taking founders from idea to agentic MVP across multiple cities.

The two months with you were the best we have had for sheer learning pace.

Genuine hands-on experience building agentic systems, paired with the market sense to see where things are going. That combination is rare, and it is exactly what pulls a strong team forward.
